Dale L. Buchanan & Associates opened its doors on June 13, 1983 in Chattanooga, Tennessee, and it has remained a family-owned and operated firm for 25 years. Our focus is disability law. Our goal is to offer our clients legal advice and assistance throughout the disability claim process.
With six offices throughout the state of Tennessee and Alabama, Dale Buchanan & Associates is a growing firm in the southeast. Currently the firm employs over 50 people total in our offices. We offer free consultations to determine if a claimant has a viable case and to let the claimant determine if he or she is interested in securing our services, all at no cost or obligation. Most of our cases are handled on a "contingency" basis, meaning that the client does not pay any legal fees unless they win.

Dale L. Buchanan & Associates is currently expanding and creating new offices. We opened our newest office in Florence, Alabama in 2009.
We represent claimants of all ages and in both Title II and Title XVI for Social Security Disability. We represent claimants at all levels from initial through United Stated District Court. Our attorneys attend hearings throughout the United States.
