Dale L. Buchanan & Associates opened its doors on June 13, 1983, in Chattanooga, Tennessee, and it has remained a family-owned and operated firm for over 30 years. Our focus is disability law. Our goal is to offer our clients legal advice and assistance throughout the disability claim process.
With seven offices throughout the states of Tennessee, Georgia and Alabama, Dale Buchanan & Associates is a growing firm in the southeast. Currently the firm employs over 50 people in our offices. We offer free consultations to determine if a claimant has a viable case and to let the claimant determine if he or she is interested in securing our services, all at no cost or obligation. Dale L. Buchanan & Associates is currently expanding and creating new offices. We opened our newest office in Rome, Georgia, in 2013.
